This is NOT a coaching program. This is a series of energy sessions and a meditation session scheduled around your schedule.

Reiki

• 8 Reiki distance sessions 

• one per week focusing on one of 7 chakras per week and last session is all chakras 

• Done as you are in the comfort of your home relaxing or sleeping no matter where you are in the world and me in my home

• I will cut energetic chords, remove stagnant energy, infuse each chakra and body with the universal life force energy

• Follow up email 

• 20 minute call after each Reiki session for support 

Meditation

• Personal Primordial Sound Mantra based on your birth time, date and location. 

• If you don’t know these details, no worries we still have a mantra for you.

• One live meditation together to deliver your Primordial Sound Mantra and take you into silence; next level conscious awareness. I got you.

• Recording of primordial sound meditation for you to continue your practice on your own time

TIME COMMITMENT:

• 1 hour to deliver primordial sound mantra and meditate together and record it.

• 20 min after each session around your schedule to help answer any questions that come up or can be sent via text or email.

• Reiki is done once a week via distance and while you are relaxing in your home or sleeping depending on your schedule. No phone call or video call. We coordinate a time I will start and you set your intention. Energy goes through time and space.

• Meditation recommended to do a minimum of once a day on your own around your schedule and preferably first thing in the morning to set the tone for your day
