What is Primordial Sound Meditation?
Primordial Sound Meditation is a powerful practice for moving into the stillness and silence within. It derives from the yogic tradition of India, which focuses on achieving a blissful union of mind, body, and spirit.
Primordial Sound Meditation uses a personalized mantra calculated using Vedic mathematics, according to the precise place (longitude and latitude), date and time of your birth. Your mantra is the sound vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Receive your personal mantra (based on the Vedic recordings of the moon cycle and the vibration of the earth at your time/date of birth) which will help you to enter deeper levels of awareness
Learn the benefits of meditation on the mental, physical and spiritual

Practice and meditate together
